    This is a new card from Citi and American as of October 2025. The Admirals Club passes offer more benefit for families than it might seem on first glance.

    This is a good card to earn some quick JetBlue points. JetBlue flights are priced directly according to cash prices so 80,000 points will get you about $1000-$1200 of Jet Blue flights.

    Avios can be moved between any airline account that earns Avios — so that means British Airways, Qatar Airways, Aer Lingus, and FinnAir. Avios have some good sweet spots like flying to Ireland on AerLingus, flying to Spain on Iberia, and booking onto domestic AA flights in the US.

    The standard sign up offer for this card, with little fluctuation, is 15,000 with a $3,000 spending requirement. In June through October 2023 there was no sign up offer at all.

    I've never really understood the appeal of this card compared to the other lower annual fee Marriott personal cards. You don't even get an annual free night certificate automatically. Ultimately, I don't think this has easy-to-access value for the average person but you might find otherwise.

    High annual fee on this card but you have a potential to get some great benefits, too. The automatic Platinum status makes you eligible for upgrades (if available) and the monthly restaurant credits are easy to use if you remember to use them. The free night certificate offers a lot of potential value each year, too.
