This is a solid offer for points that transfer to a lot of airline partners. A lot of people really like the 4x earning possibilities on this card. But it's a card that takes a bit of work to find value in the annual fee, you have to make sure to use all the little credits.
If you're interested in this card, know that getting this offer will make you ineligible to get a welcome offer on the American Express® Green Card. So to maximize your points you'd want to get that card first. Also if you have (or have had recently) the Platinum® Card from American Express, you'll be ineligible for this offer.
