My Take
Personally I prefer the Chase Freedom Flex® to this card for the 5x earning opportunities. But with the welcome offer that allows you to effectively earn 3% back for your first year, this is a good option for earning for that year — when you’re not working on a different new cardmember bonus!
If you have a Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, you can transfer the Freedom points to the Sapphire card to get all the airline and hotel transfer benefits.
