This could be a good starter card but doesn't have any particularly exciting spend categories. For most people, I'd recommend the Capital One Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card instead.
Any cash back you earn could later be combined with a card like Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card and then be used with all the "powers" (aka transfer partners) from that card.
