My Take
In February 2024, this card added a slew of benefits! Despite the higher annual fee, I think this holds good value — especially if you are a regular Delta flyer. The Companion Certificate alone can make it a break-even card — assuming you actually use this benefit.
It's important to note that you are not eligible for this welcome offer if you have (or have received a bonus on in the past 7ish years) a Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card. To maximize your eligibility for Delta offers, you'll want to start with the Gold card and work your way up.
offer History
Offers have been as low as 50,000 miles in the past. A 90,000 point offer ended in March 2024. An 85,000 point offer ended in July 2024.
In 2025, sign up offers have mostly gone up and down from 90,000 to 60,000 points.
