My Take
This is a brand new card as of August 2025. It's definitely targeted to frequent Alaska fliers, as you'd expect a premium airline card to be.
The lounge access it includes is a little more restrictive than I'd like with only 2 passes per quarter and no roll over. But that still would be enough for a family of up to 6 to get into the Alaska lounges at once per quarter.
The annual 25,000 point Global Companion certificate is a strong benefit for people who will use it as it can even be topped off.
Ultimately every person would have to crunch the numbers on this card to see if it makes sense to keep it past the first year with that higher annual fee.
