Why this card might (or might not) be right for you.
The biggest reason to hold this card is that it provides you a way to hold on to your Membership Rewards points indefinitely without paying an annual fee. Since it's a business card, you can also get it without adding to your 5/24 count. Otherwise nothing about it is too exciting. Note that you might be able to occasionally get a targeted offer to your snail mail or email for a higher offer for this card.
