This card gives you 4 Priority Pass Select memberships included with the annual fee, without even adding authorized users. Each membership also includes unlimited guests and access to Priority Pass restaurants which makes this the best card for generous Priority Pass access. The $300 airline incidental credit is a bit harder to use and the points program isn't one with easy value. But some people will keep this just for the Priority Pass access.
