Annual Economy Companion Ticket After $30K Calendar Year Spend
Earn an economy companion ticket each calendar year you spend $30,000 or more on the card. Companion ticket is good for 12 months from issuance — allows you to add a companion to a paid economy flight at no additional cost (must be booked by emailing Aer Lingus directly). Companion ticket is for paid economy fare on a transatlantic flight.

Avios can be moved between any airline account that earns Avios — so that means British Airways, Qatar Airways, Aer Lingus, and Finnair. Avios have some good sweet spots like flying to Ireland on Aer Lingus, flying to Spain on Iberia, and booking onto domestic AA (American Airlines) flights in the US.
This card usually has the same offer as the other Avios cards from Chase (British Airways and Iberia) but there aren't really any compelling reasons to get this card for flying Iberia over the other Avios cards.
