Earn 5 Tier-Qualifying Night credits toward World of Hyatt status (and Milestone rewards) for every $10,000 spent in a calendar year. At $120K per year in card spend, that's 60 TQN — enough for Globalist status.
World of Hyatt Discoverist Status — for Cardholder + 5 Employees
Cardholder gets automatic Discoverist status for as long as the account is open. PLUS, gift Discoverist status to up to FIVE employees — a distinctive perk for businesses with traveling staff. 10% Points Redemption Bonus After $50,000 Calendar Year Spend

Hyatt Leverage Program (Up to 15% Off Hyatt Rates)
Cardholder gets access to Hyatt Leverage, Hyatt's business travel program: up to 15% off the standard rate at participating Hyatt hotels and 5% off qualifying stays at Oasis home rentals. Normally requires 50 hotel nights/year to qualify — cardholders skip the threshold.

Why this card might (or might not) be right for you.
If you're trying to spend your way to earning Globalist status, this is the card you'll want, as it earns 5 elite night credits for every $10,000 spent. That being said, you'll still have to spend a lot to become a Globalist!
Other than that, the annual fee doesn't provide so much value compared to the perks. You can get two $50 statement credits per year for Hyatt purchases but other than that, there's not much beyond the elite night credits you earn via spending.
